What do people say about working with me?

“We are so very grateful to have found Carole, she is our knight in shining armour.

Carole has been able to help my daughter to stop self-harming – this was a huge obstacle for us and a BIG WIN.

Carole has such a profound, positive and a can do attitude towards every challenge that my child has to face and she also provides practical advice and life skills for everyday difficulties.

My daughter was starting to believe that she is a weirdo, unloved and unwanted but bit by bit she is beginning to learn that her brain works differently and that her way of thinking/talking doesn’t make her a bad person.

After each session with Carole, my daughter walks out of the room - smiling, looking a little bit more confident – hopefully she will learn to love and accept herself in due time.

Thank you for all that you do for us, it is very much appreciated.”

“I first made contact with Carole through the Life Coach Directory. She was quick to reply and offer me an initial consultation.

I have since had several sessions with Carole dealing with a range of issues from work related anxiety and feelings of depression through to relationships and sexuality.

Carole has set me homework after most sessions, giving me mental and self examination exercises to run through as well as providing me with several tools which I now frequently use to overcome those unwanted feelings.

We have used neuro linguistic programming to help me overcome much of my work related anxiety and, despite being sceptical at first, it has work[ed] extremely well.

Throughout all of [our] sessions Carole has explained the processes we are using in a scientific and logical way and made me feel at ease. She has been professional, approachable and sympathetic in everything we have done so far and I look forward to continuing to work with her.”

“Having Carole as an ADHD accountability coach has had huge benefits for me - I'm on track, finding more time to do both the important and the fun things, and it's lovely to know that she understands my experiences and the different parts of my LGBTQ identity! I'm self-employed, neurodivergent and juggling my mental health, so sharing the load with another person gives me the reassurance that nothing will fall through the gaps while I'm not looking. She strikes a good balance between making sure I take responsibility for things and helping me not to overload my time. It's surprising how much energy I've freed up, switching from procrastination and panicking 30 minutes from a deadline to working on things more steadily throughout the month! We often meet a couple of times a week and I've been recommending the same for any ADHDer trying not to get distracted by the squirrels.”

“I had no idea what to expect […] but Carole instantly made me feel very at ease, calm & relaxed. Carole has such a gentle nature, and is so compassionate!

Thank you Carole, I already can't wait for my next session!”
