Guided Body Scan Meditation (Online)

Body scan meditations are great ways to mindfully be in our bodies.

The importance of mindfulness for our mental health cannot be overstressed.

Regular meditation has been shown to reduce anxiety & depression and thicken the prefrontal cortex which is the area of the brain responsible for decision making, awareness and concentration among other things.

Furthermore, regular meditation is associated with changes in responses to pain.

I invite you to join me for a weekly 30 minute body scan meditation and reap these benefits for yourself.
