Life has been so stressful for so many of us. Anxiety is heightened. Social isolation has taken its toll. And this is all on top of the stresses and anxieties we had before the pandemic!

I know you are aware of the importance of relaxation for our minds as well as our bodies. We hear about it a lot.

It's also something that gets pushed aside a lot. Oftentimes to make room for things which tax us more than they refresh us.

When we are relaxed, we function better and can think clearer. Wouldn't it be great if you could feel like that more often?

Wouldn't it feel wonderful to give yourself this gift of relaxation and positivity once a week?
